We are doing an order for Division hats and short-sleeved t-shirts with our new logos.  The order forms are attached.  Please note there are two t-shirt order forms - one for regular sizes and one for tall sizes.  

Print off the hat and/or t-shirt order forms, fill in the desired sizes and colors, make your check payable to OKCGC Shotgun Division, and mail to Paula Tate at P.O. Box 415, Arcadia, OK  73007.  Email Paula at skeetpair@gmail.com so she'll be waiting for your order.  She will send you a confirmation email when she receives your check and order form.
